Need some advice here. I’ve been trying to get them to take action and a Google review seems to have helped me get to where I am now.
BHPian tried everything recently shared this with other enthusiasts.
I installed a 360 degree camera on my wife’s i20 online. I felt it would really boost her confidence. But the work done by RS Premium in Jayanagar was really pathetic.
They promised to do the work in 2 hours. But they didn’t touch the car even after waiting for an hour. In the end, it took them 6 hours to install it.
After installing it, I checked the lights and mirrors and found that both mirror adjustment motors were not working. It’s a new car so you can imagine how frustrated I was.
I live quite far from their “showroom” so they said they would send someone over to fix the mirror. They also said they would send the bill via WhatsApp since it was already after 10pm.
After constant questioning, they send an employee home. He tries things and can’t fix the engines. Then, a few days later, they send another employee. And this man breaks the mirror (glass) on the right side while trying to fix the engine!
It has four cameras. One is installed on each mirror, one on the back.
And one in front.
I had to take another 6 hours and go somewhere else to get the motors somewhat fixed. One side is still wobbly.
The device comes with a joystick remote control, but it didn’t work from day one.
And it’s been almost a month now. They replaced the mirror after many calls. But I still haven’t received a bill and Sham, the owner, doesn’t respond to calls. When he answers, he gives it to one of his people who is trained to say he’s in a “meeting.”
The whole set up cost me 34k. How do I get an invoice from them? I need some advice here. I’ve been trying to get them to take action and a google review seems to have helped me get to where I am now.
By the way, this is my second installation of something by him. The first time I had to go back twice. My tail light housing was broken. I would not recommend this person to anyone.
