Frozen pizza is a regular on the shopping list at our house. My kids never tire of the cheese and pepperoni deliciousness—and I never tire of how easy it is to make. But if you find the same flavors boring (because they’re always the same), you have to try this new pizza at Aldi. Reddit users raved about the Indian-style frozen pizza they discovered, and it looks so damn good.

On the Aldi subreddit, a user shared a picture of the Indian Butter Chickpea Pizza they discovered at Aldi. It has a crust that looks like regular but is topped with cheese, chickpeas, onions and peppers – and this unique flavor combination looks amazing!

Commenters seemed equally excited about this new product. “I’m running to the store now!!!!” wrote one person. Someone else said, “My husband and I tried this for dinner last night! We put some leftover chicken on it. Good flavor and you can really taste the cumin.”

“I’m eating it right now as I write this and I have to say it was much better than I expected. I would buy it again,” wrote another. Even the original poster was impressed. “Tried it last night and it’s delicious!” they added in the comments.

Chickpeas are a great source of protein and are plant-based, so they’re suitable for people who don’t eat meat. Hummus is probably the most popular way to eat chickpeas, but they’re also a main ingredient in other delicious recipes like brownies, meatballs, and salad.

Of course, if you want a tasty chickpea meal that you don’t have to make (just throw it in the oven!), then this Aldi option is great. The grocery chain isn’t afraid to offer unique pizza toppings, and we know this will be a fan favorite, too!
