Speaking to The US Sun, she revealed her skincare routine that you should definitely try.

EASY STEPS

Since a skin peel in her twenties led to renewed pigmentation, Abdalla has followed a “strict regimen” of constant hydration and moisturizing.

It uses ingredients known for their skin repairing properties.

“My daily skincare routine is pretty extensive,” she said.

“In the morning, I start with a gentle cleanser to remove all impurities.

“This is followed by a moisturising toner and a vitamin C serum to protect against environmental damage.

“Then I apply an eye cream with vitamin C and a moisturizer rich in ceramides, peptides, niacinamide and vitamin C.

“Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that makes my skin glow and protects it from environmental damage.”

A broad-spectrum SPF 50 is also important to protect your skin from further damage and prevent pigmentation problems.

“I wear a sun visor and apply my SPF 50+ sunscreen promptly every two hours all year round,” she said.

The double cleansing in the evening removes all make-up and pollutants.

“Afterward, I use a retinol serum to promote cell renewal and a nourishing night cream to hydrate my skin overnight,” she said.

“I also use a brightening eye cream that contains over 10 active ingredients and retinol.

I recommend Coenzyme Q10 for its powerful antioxidant properties, as well as hyaluronic acid supplements to maintain skin moisture and firmness.

“I also use a cocktail of tyrosinase inhibitors to support pigmentation.

“I exfoliate with a PHA toner three times a week to maintain smooth and radiant skin.

“This routine helps maintain the health, radiance and youthful appearance of my skin.”

BEAUTY BOOSTER

Abdalla said a holistic approach is needed to avoid breakouts and premature aging.

Your goal is 10 hours of “quality sleep” per night to avoid dark circles, puffiness and a dull complexion.

Regular exercise and at least two liters of water a day will help flush out toxins and moisturize your skin.

It combines an antioxidant-rich diet with vitamin E supplements and omega-3 fatty acids to support skin health.

“I’ve eliminated processed foods and those high in refined sugar as they can cause inflammation and breakouts,” she said.

“I also avoid dairy products as they can sometimes trigger acne and other skin problems.

“I also eliminated alcohol and caffeine from my diet, as both can dry out the skin and contribute to premature aging.”

Your skin will stay firm by taking nine to ten grams of marine collagen daily.

“A holistic approach that includes a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, regular exercise and stress management techniques such as meditation or yoga can significantly improve skin health,” she said.

“Organic fruits and vegetables are particularly beneficial because they are free from pesticides and rich in phytonutrients that support overall well-being.

“By integrating scientific knowledge into a comprehensive skin care and lifestyle regimen, you can achieve and maintain a youthful, radiant complexion.”
