Deer Valley Resort is promoting Marcella Landing, a future gated townhome community with construction beginning in fall 2024.

The exclusive neighborhood of 50 luxury residences, designed by renowned architectural firm Olson Kundig, lines a prominent ridge overlooking the new Deer Valley East Village.

According to Deer Valley, the first available floor plans are approximately 4,650 square feet and include a great room, two family rooms, a fitness and spa area with infrared sauna and cold water pool, a two-car garage and a heated driveway with room for two additional vehicles.

The community also offers ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain, and each residence includes a Marcella Ski membership, the resort said. Marcella Landing will also be the only Marcella property that allows overnight rentals.

The fully furnished residences are decorated in two color schemes, spring and fall, which the resort says “reflect the dynamic character of northern Utah’s landscapes.”

Ski Membership includes exclusive access to all Marcella amenities (excluding golf), including ski valet, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, golf simulators, pickleball and tennis courts, private hiking and biking trails, spa and fitness facilities, restaurants, lounges and bar areas.

Marcella membership also grants VIP privileges at Le Depot, a French restaurant in Park City.

Located at the intersection of historic Main Street and Heber Avenue, the Marcella Sky Deck offers members a home base in Old Town. On the plaza level, the Marcella Ski Lounge offers ski valet service, gear storage and easy access to the Town Lift across the street.
