Cape Cod Resort offers a special treat during your stay

Rice Krispie Treats, a childhood favorite, has teamed up with a Cape Cod resort to offer an unforgettable experience.

It’s been years since I last had homemade Rice Krispies, but the memories of the meal are still there and I almost squealed when I discovered this opportunity to satisfy my sweet tooth just down the road in Yarmouth!

The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats has arrived at the Red Jacket Resort in Yarmouth, a $40 million property that was recently renovated and reopened in May of last year.

It’s the perfect getaway to banish the dread of back to school, and it’s less than an hour from the south coast.

Of course, the room is appropriately decorated with its “Rice Krispy Blue” decor. What really excited me is that the room has a “Rice Krispy Snack Cart” for your stay, fully stocked with plenty of Rice Krispies Treats, but with all the toppings you can imagine, and yes, it’s all-you-can-eat, and just look how cute it is.

This suite is just CUTE! If you’ve never been to this resort, it has something for every member of the family. A golf course, a spa, and of course, things for the little ones.

They have a very limited window to experience this and only offer a two-night stay. If this is a success, hopefully they will offer it again so more of us can enjoy it. I head to the all-you-can-eat “Rice Krispies Treat” in-room snack bar.

Own your very own Cape Cod beachfront colony

Have you ever thought it would be cool to own a colony? Technically, a colony in Wellfleet could be yours, because these mid-century cottages are hitting the market on the Cape.

Called The Wellfleet Colony, these tiny homes could be yours to own or rent for as much as $5 million.

It’s not hard to see why someone would hold on to a home like this for over 50 years. Now, however, the owners are ready to let someone new enjoy the stunning property and all the amazing amenities it has to offer.
