Where to find the best sushi in the supermarket
Many customers agree that Publix, Whole Foods and Kroger are the top three grocery stores for sushi due to their freshness, quality and variety. However, Whole Foods can be quite expensive and is not necessarily affordable for all shoppers. Publix is a close second as there have been several positive reviews and comments on the sushi selection, including the $5 sushi roll deals on Wednesdays. (This applies to select items, usually the cream cheese sushi rolls and the California rolls.)
Kroger wins the title of best supermarket for sushi. Many users say they like the low-priced sushi because it doesn’t compromise on quality or taste. And shoppers are definitely flocking to the supermarket chain for fresh raw fish—Kroger has even become America’s largest seller of sushi.
