Mike Wolfe from the History Channel’s hit show “American Pickers” showed his fans on Instagram some of the country’s most unique and oldest motorcycles, and they are all in his eclectic collection.

What the star highlighted in the video was one of his newest and most valuable bikes in the collection.

“I have to show you this piece I just bought,” he insisted. “It’s probably one of the most bizarre motorcycle-related pieces of transportation I’ve ever seen.”

Afterwards, the famous treasure hunter presented the audience with an old unicycle motorcycle.

“I’ll give you a moment to absorb this,” he told the audience.

The star then revealed that the bike had a Marsh Metz engine. Wolfe even captioned the post by saying that the bike was a “Single unicycle motorcycle?!! Motordome Motopioneer.”

Speaking about how he came to own this famous possession, Wolfe revealed that he got it through a friend who got it from a well-known vintage motorcycle collector who had owned the bike for years but had passed away.

Wolfe said his plan is to get the bike running again, but he wants to post a video about it to see if anyone happens to have pictures of the bike when it was still in use.

Wolfe also suspected that the vintage item may have been part of a circus show.

“Wow. I think I’m at a loss for words. Crazy things you find out there in the wild. Thanks for sharing,” wrote one fan.

“Very unique. I was just about to say I’ve never seen a bike with the throttle on the left side. Very cool thing!” wrote another fan.

According to Bike Exif, a website dedicated to documenting motorcycles for motorcycle enthusiasts, the famous treasure hunter’s private collection is expected to include over 150 vintage motorcycles in 2023. The website also reported that he sold about 70 of his rarest motorcycles at an auction in Las Vegas in 2023.
