Ryan Fletcher has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort

Carillon Miami Wellness Resort today announces the appointment of Ryan Fletcher as Director of Food and Beverage for the luxury beachfront resort’s restaurants and food outlets, including Tristan Brandt’s Michelin-starred Tambourine Room, contemporary Mediterranean restaurant The Strand, The Corner Store cafe and juice bar, Seaglass Café at the Cabana Pool, and all in-suite dining and banqueting across more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.

A recurring commitment – although this is his first time in this role, Fletcher also oversees guest satisfaction and works closely with the entire food and beverage team to enhance hospitality and create memorable experiences that keep resort guests and locals coming back.

Fletcher returned to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort from the InterContinental Miami, where he served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, focusing on enhancing the guest experience across six food and beverage outlets and working with marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Prior to that, he served at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, where he served as Director of Pool and Beach, overseeing all operations for the pools and beach outlets on one of Miami’s largest stretches of beach. Fletcher’s achievement was recognized in early 2021 with the Leader of the Quarter award.

Previously, Fletcher spent four years at Trump National Doral in Miami, where he started as a room service and minibar manager in 2017 and retired in 2021 as director of pool and recreation, with a stint as assistant general manager of Champions Restaurant. Originally from Broward, Florida, Fletcher earned an associate degree in business administration from Broward College in Davie and a certificate in hospitality and tourism from Florida Atlantic University. Fletcher feels at home in Miami and enjoys soaking up the sun and spending his free time watching auto racing, taking photos and building computers. He loves spending time with his family, especially his newborn daughter.
